OneTap Focus (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed and operated by Oleksii Haidai (CodePine Studio). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using the App.

• onboarding completion status

b) Subscription and purchase information

If you purchase a subscription, we may receive information related to your subscription status, entitlement, and purchase events through Apple and our subscription management provider.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple.

We do not collect analytics or diagnostic data that directly identifies you.

d) Contact information

If you contact us for support, we may receive information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and maintain the App

• save your preferences and session-related data

• determine premium access and subscription status

• improve performance, reliability, and user experience

• respond to support requests

• comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the App, such as:

• Apple, for payments and subscription processing

• RevenueCat, for subscription status and entitlement management

4. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the App or clear the App’s local data, where applicable.

If we receive support emails or server-side records, we retain that information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

You may:

• stop using the App at any time

• delete the App to remove locally stored app data on your device

• manage subscriptions through your Apple ID / App Store account settings

• contact us to request deletion of any support-related data we may hold about you

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

8. International Users

If you use the App from outside Ukraine, your information may be processed in other countries, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.
