OneTap Focus (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed and operated by Oleksii Haidai (CodePine Studio). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using the App.

a) Information stored locally on your device

The App may store certain information locally on your device in order to provide its core functionality, such as:

• onboarding completion status

• focus session history

• whether an optional tip has been made

This information may be stored locally on your device.

b) Purchase information

If you choose to send an optional tip, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment card details. The App stores only a local flag on your device recording that a tip was made.

c) Analytics and diagnostics

We do not collect analytics or diagnostic data that directly identifies you.

d) Contact information

If you contact us for support, we may receive information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and maintain the App

• save your preferences and session-related data

• improve performance, reliability, and user experience

• respond to support requests

• comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the App, such as:

• Apple, for App Store distribution and payment processing

Information stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the App or clear the App’s local data, where applicable.

• stop using the App at any time

• delete the App to remove locally stored app data on your device
