These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of OneTap Focus (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Oleksii Haidai (CodePine Studio). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

OneTap Focus is a productivity and focus support app designed to help users start and complete focus sessions.

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required in your country or region to use the App or purchase subscriptions.

3. Free and Premium Access

The App may offer both free and paid features.

Free features may be limited. Premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.

Premium access may include features such as:

• unlimited focus sessions

• advanced statistics

• additional customization or premium functionality

Available features may change over time as the App evolves.

4. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription:

• payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• the subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / App Store account settings after purchase

Subscription status may also be processed through our subscription management provider.

5. Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s payment and refund policies. We do not directly issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App in any unlawful way

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App

• reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law

• use the App in a way that could harm us, the App, or other users

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

OneTap Focus is intended for productivity and self-organization purposes only. It is not medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.
