Privacy Policy

Povoli collects no data. It has no account, no server, and makes no network requests of its own. Everything you enter stays in the app’s own storage on your device.
Povoli (“the App”) is developed and operated by Oleksii Haidai (CodePine Studio). This Privacy Policy explains what the App stores, what it does not, and what choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
None. We operate no servers and receive no information about you or your use of the App.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To do its job, the App saves the following in its own storage on your device:
• the date and time you quit, and what you are quitting
• your previous price and consumption figures, used to calculate savings
• your nicotine-replacement therapy plan, if you add one
• your supplies and their history, if you track them
• any consumption you record
• your currency and language preference
• whether you have left a tip, so the App can say thank you
This information is never transmitted anywhere by the App. It is not visible to us, and we could not retrieve it if asked.
Your device’s own backup — iCloud or a computer — may include the App’s data, exactly as it does for other apps you have installed. That is governed by your iOS backup settings and by Apple’s privacy policy, not by the App.
3. Purchases
The App is free. It contains optional tips, which support development and unlock nothing whatsoever — no feature, no content, no removal of limits.
Tips are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your name, or your Apple ID. The App stores only a local flag noting that a tip was left.
There are no subscriptions and no advertising in the App.
4. Notifications
If you track supplies and grant permission, the App can remind you a few days before a supply runs out. These notifications are scheduled by your device, locally. There is no push server, and nothing about your supplies leaves your device to produce them.
You can withdraw notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Analytics, Tracking and Third Parties
The App contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking of any kind. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and never presents an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it has nothing to track.
The only third party involved is Apple, and only when you choose to leave a tip. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it. Deleting the App removes all of it. As there is no account and no cloud copy, deletion is permanent — please keep that in mind before removing the App if your history matters to you.
You can also erase everything from within the App at any time, without uninstalling it: More → Start over. This clears your history, plan and supplies, and is equally permanent.
If you email us for support, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, and we keep it only as long as needed to help you.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.
8. Health Information
The App shows general information about recovery after quitting, drawn from published NHS and CDC materials. It is educational, not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. For questions about nicotine-replacement therapy, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
The App does not read from or write to Apple Health, and holds no health records about you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
