Terms of Use
Last updated: August 17, 2026
TupTup helps a child move through a daily routine. It does not watch your child, and it is not a medical or developmental tool. Your routines live on your device — please read section 3 before you rely on them.
These Terms govern your use of TupTup (“the App”), developed and operated by Oleksii Haidai (CodePine Studio). By using the App you agree to them.
1. What TupTup Is, and What It Is Not
The App shows a child one illustrated step at a time so they can work through a routine — getting ready for bed, for the morning, and so on — with less help from an adult.
It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, or a developmental assessment. It does not give medical, psychological or parenting advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your child.
It is also not a supervision or safety tool. It does not watch your child, and it cannot tell whether a step was actually done. A young child using the App still needs an adult responsible for them.
2. Subscription, Free Trial and Billing
The App is free to use with one routine and the full card library. An optional Pro subscription removes the limit on the number of routines. Pro unlocks unlimited routines and nothing else.
• Pro is billed annually. The price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Eligible new subscribers get a 7‑day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings, not in the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. We cannot issue them ourselves, though we are glad to help you work out what went wrong.
3. Where Your Data Lives, and How It Can Be Lost
This section is the one worth reading twice.
The App has no account and no server. The routines you build are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, mirrored into your own iCloud storage.
If iCloud sync is not available and you delete the App, your routines are gone permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore them for you, no matter how much we would like to.
Your subscription and your routines are separate things. A subscription is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new device; the routines you built are not restored by that, and depend on iCloud or a device backup.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the App as intended, with your own child or a child in your care. Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer, resell, or redistribute it, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you live.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any of its features. We may change these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
